"Previously we just kept the Jext pens loose in our daughter’s rucksack. This resulted in the hinge on the plastic Jext case becoming damaged and also made locating them difficult. Now we have the Large MiniBag, it is much easier to locate the pens in her rucksack. Our daughter joined Rainbows a few weeks ago and it is just a simple case of sending the MiniBag with her rather than popping them into a ziplock bag. "I just wanted to give you some feed back.
At the end of June I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady. She sorted out Travel Cards for myself (I have Coeliac Disease and am Wheat, Dairy and Egg Intolerant) and my son (he is anaphylactic to peanuts).
The cards came in so handy when communicating with the chefs at the hotel restaurant.
Disaster struck, my son unfortunately had an anaphylactic reaction last Saturday evening!
After administering his Epi-pen we took him to the local Greek hospital. I simply handed over the emergency card and he was rushed straight through for immediate treatment. I was so grateful for having the card and not having to add to the stress of the situation by trying to get the staff to understand why we were there.
Thanks you so much to the lady who helped me when I phoned and for ensuring the cards arrived in time for us going on holiday.

"Hi, I'd just like to say thank you very much for your super quick efficient service. I placed an order on Monday night which, to my surprise, was delivered this morning! The bag I ordered are fantastic, they are exactly what I needed for my sons medication, and he thinks they are "coooool!!" The straps also adjust small enough that he can carry it himself, which we struggle with because he is very small for his age (he is 4).
